Create a shortcut file for the UWP app
If you automatically start your desktop app at Windows 10 Sign -in, register a shortcut file in the startup folder.
There is a way to create a task with a task scheduler or add a registry entry, but it is easier to use a startup folder.
So what if you want to start the UWP (Universal Windows Platform) app automatically? The answer is easy.Just like the desktop app, copy the shortcut file of the UWP app to the startup folder.
For example, when automatically launching the UWP application "email", the following procedure should be performed.
However, the operation varies depending on the UWP application, and the result is not reflected even if the "run -time size" is changed in the property dialog of the shortcut file like a desktop application.
The procedure for creating a shortcut file may be a way to open the Applications folder in "Shell: Appsfolder", but it is not recommended because the UWP application icon is difficult to see.
