Play "TVer" videos directly from past programs, from Funai's 4K TV, but only geographically-ITmedia NEWS
On May 19th, TVer, which operates the private official video distribution service TVer, announced that it would begin to cooperate with programs previously broadcast on the G Guide of the TiVo electronic program schedule in the United States. On the corresponding TV, the program in the past schedule shows the TVer icon in detail, and the program starts playing without starting the application after clicking.

TELASA is also limited to areas that Asahi TV can receive. TVer on the reason said: "in the radio station is always the pilot stage." Future regional expansion will be based on results.
TVer is a civilian-run official release service that started in October 2015. Currently, 5 companies in Beijing (Japanese TV, Asahi, TBS, Tokyo, Fuji) and 5 companies in Osaka (Daily broadcast, Asahi, Osaka, Kansai, Yomiuri) are involved in the planning. About 350 (as of April 21) programs are released free of charge in the form of advertisements.
